Abstract
The aim of writing this article is to analyze the need for emotional card media in order to improve the social emotional abilities of children aged 5 to 6 years at the Tibakisa State Kindergarten. Social-emotional abilities are an important aspect in children's development, which influences their social interactions and psychological well-being. The methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis show that there is still a need for emotional card media that can help children's social and emotional development
